UK Users: Liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 1 to 12 months (depending on subscription).
UAE Users: Liability is governed by DIFC/ADGM laws and capped at service fees paid.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Termination results in loss of access to all platform features and data.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

UK: Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in UK courts.
UAE: Governed by UAE law. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Dubai or applicable courts.
